We are pleased to offer housing to our students through Collegiate Housing Services, Inc. Attending college is an exciting time in a student's life, and OTC recognizes the impact that living away from home has on young adults. That is exactly why we offer our students safe, convenient, clean and affordable housing options.

Collegiate Housing
In conjunction with CHS, we offer students furnished apartment settings in residential apartment complexes typically within 20 minutes of the School. These apartments include a kitchen, a living room and a dining area, and most have two bedrooms in addition to electric and gas utilities included in the monthly rent. Referral Housing
We can also provide assistance in locating other housing options, and additional apartment listings can be provided by Student Services. Most of these apartments are not furnished and require lease agreements, utility deposits and often a co-signer. Costs range from $405/mo to $960/mo based on apartment size and location.
